  • - Kitchen: Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer PLUS dishwasher.
  • - Bathrooms: A main bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink PLUS a separate, additional guest toilet.
  • - Building Extras: A lockable bicycle cellar, as well as a private washing machine and dryer in the laundry room (including a drying area). The shared garden can also be used.
  • Base rent: €440
  • Utilities (heating, electricity, water): €140

  • WHU (Otto Beisheim School of Management): 17 minutes by bike or about 30 minutes by bus & U75.
  • Transport & Daily Life: The main train station (Hauptbahnhof) can be reached in 25 minutes. The stations U72, U76, U79, 724, and the S-Bahn S6 (Eller Süd) are in the immediate vicinity. A large REWE Center, Lidl, DM drugstore, bakeries, and pharmacies are just a few minutes' walk away.

  • We want to avoid typical flatshare arguments about cleaning schedules. That’s why a professional cleaning service comes every two weeks to clean the shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, hallway). In between and in their rooms, everyone is expected to keep the place tidy.
