- - a large window provides plenty of natural light throughout the day

- The apartment is 75 sqm in total, has a great layout, and offers good comfort:
- - Kitchen: Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer PLUS dishwasher.
- - Bathrooms: A main bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink PLUS a separate, additional guest toilet.
- - Building Extras: A lockable bicycle cellar, as well as a private washing machine and dryer in the laundry room (including a drying area). The shared garden can also be used.
- Base rent: €440
- Utilities (heating, electricity, water): €140
- Shard services (bi-weekly cleaning, Wi-Fi, TV license fee): €57
- No transfer fee (Ablöse) required. Minimum rental period 6 months or unlimited. The deposit is €1000. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, no elevator (keeps you fit)!
- The apartment is located in the Wersten district and is perfectly connected to Düsseldorf's universities and public transport:
- WHU (Otto Beisheim School of Management): 17 minutes by bike or about 30 minutes by bus & U75.
- Transport & Daily Life: The main train station (Hauptbahnhof) can be reached in 25 minutes. The stations U72, U76, U79, 724, and the S-Bahn S6 (Eller Süd) are in the immediate vicinity. A large REWE Center, Lidl, DM drugstore, bakeries, and pharmacies are just a few minutes' walk away.
- Leisure: Südpark and the "Werstener Deckel" park are just around the corner – perfect for jogging and relaxing.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
- We want to avoid typical flatshare arguments about cleaning schedules. That’s why a professional cleaning service comes every two weeks to clean the shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, hallway). In between and in their rooms, everyone is expected to keep the place tidy.
