We are renting out two separate shared rooms in a partially furnished 4-room apartment for a term of 2 years each. In addition to the two rooms (one of which consists of a separate bedroom and study), the apartment features a large living room for shared use. The total size of the apartment is 75 m².
The apartment is located on the first floor of an older two-family house. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
Location
The house is located on Pfarrer-Sesterhenn Street on Mallendarer Berg; there is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the house with connections to Vallendar and Koblenz.
The house is surrounded by greenery; it is a quiet residential area, and there is private parking on the property.
Other
The rent and utilities (plus electricity based on consumption) are the same for both rooms; use of the shared living room is included in the rent.
The apartment is currently partially furnished; additional furniture can be added or removed upon agreement.
The tenant is responsible for snow and ice removal in the winter.
