Description
- I’m looking for a new tenant for my beautiful little apartment, located just outside of Vallendar—near Urbar.
- Maximum of 2 people, couples only‼️
- The apartment is NOT suitable for a family‼️
- -> Since there’s no way to physically separate the living spaces, sharing the apartment with others isn’t possible either.
- Although it’s classified as an attic apartment, with a ceiling height of over 3.5 meters, the sloped ceilings don’t get in the way at all. :)
- The front door is on the 4th floor (elevator available); a private staircase leads up to the 5th floor and into your own living area.
- There are two rooms, a storage closet, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
- The kitchen (built-in kitchen remains) is connected to the living room but can be easily separated thanks to the layout.
- My personal favorite feature of this apartment is the large terrace/balcony.
- It’s perfect for cozy evenings. You can even hear—and sometimes see—the concerts from the “Deutsches Eck.”
- There’s also a small lawn behind the building that’s accessible to all residents.
- A basement and bike parking are also available.
- A duplex underground parking space must be rented along with the apartment for 50€. It’s currently rented to a nice couple because I can’t use it myself. (It’s difficult to turn around in there with a station wagon.)
