- We are looking for a new flatmate for our WG in Vallendar, as our previous subtenant unfortunately dropped out on short notice.
- The apartment offers:

- • a spacious kitchen

- • fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine
- The room is the smallest in the apartment and costs 350€ warm per month.
- Electricity and WiFi are paid separately. Apart from that, all other regular costs are included.
- The room is theoretically fully furnished. If you prefer, some furniture can be removed and you can bring your own. The bed and wardrobe are part of the apartment and provided by the landlord.
- The location is one of the biggest advantages:
- • around 2 minutes walking to IPC
- • around 3–5 minutes walking to campus
- Current flatmates are Mike-Leon Müller and Danilo Buzakovic, both starting at WHU this semester.
