House in Columbia, SC near USC campus

2-3 bedrooms to rent in a house in Columbia SC for exchange students in the fall semester at University of South Carolina. My husband and I will be traveling and are seeking a few students to stay here and care for our cats and take care of the house. It is 1.3k from the Darla Moore School of Business, and is a 10min walk from Main Street and the Vista, both areas with many restaurants and bars. It is a quiet street on Arsenal Hill next to Finley Park. Rent includes everything- utilities, internet, streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Apple, Prime). The 2 bedrooms upstairs each have a queen size bed (160x200cm) and their own bathroom, and there is a 3rd music room (I am an oboist). If a third bedroom is needed it will be downstairs with its own bathroom. We have 3 cats, who are very sweet and are used to having many people around. Non-smokers only, please.
