The total monthly rent, which is adjusted based on actual electricity, water, and heating consumption via an annual utility statement, is therefore €790.
The tenant will not incur any additional costs.
The security deposit is 3 months’ rent (excluding utilities), payable upon key handover or via prior bank transfer.
The apartment is available for move-in starting May 15.
